Carthago Nova, a Bastetania city, now lives in Southeast Iberia!

The hand of Rome already involves it... Afterall, Carthago Nova lies exactly in the middle of Hispania Citerior (to the southwest) and Ulterior (to the northeast) provinces, so expect to find mostly romanized citizens.
