This post is to warn players that, to play Iberia correctly and without breaking the mud engine, you can log in correctly using a ZMud client (there's still one free version, unsupported, in Zugg Soft site).

I guess that other clients may work too, but for sure that telnet, atm, is not working correctly and crashes the mud engine if someone connects via it.

Fixing telnet connection is already in the todo list...

Telnet is now working, as well as any other client (the ones I tested...). This means anyone can open http://iberia.zapto.org, click in \"connect via telnet\" and you will log on correctly.

Also won't work if you use other OS different from Windows :(

After the last updates made in MUD engine, it should be stable enough to not crash even if you connect via a strange client (before broke, now shouldn't).

Connectivity to Iberia MUD is much more improved than before, accept most clients around. If you cannot connect, please give a feedback so we can fix the problem.
