Help for army maneuvers

Army commanders weren't able to significantly change combat orders during the fight. In most cases, the initial position was decisive concerning final result.
Each maneuver requires a certain amount of 'organization' to perform. Also, when doing such movements, the army will be a bit more disorganized.
Manuever Description

regroup Become more organized. Vulnerable to attack, though.
flank Use part of your forces to flank the enemy.
mass attack Massive attack with all your troops against the enemy.
advance Move your army further to enter in close combat.
retreat Retreat slowly and organized. Causes less casualties.
flee Retreat faster, but causing more casualties.
defend Set up a defense in place. Minimize casualties.
shoot Archers/psiloi will use their ranged weapons towards enemy.
protect Raise shields against a ranged attack.
