Help for augur skills

Augurs, priests or seers, whatever you wish to call them, master 3 different skills:
- sensing - increases the awareness of the augur (using "sense" command).
- concentration - used to look through gods' eyes to specific targets (using "trance" and "find" commands).
- divination - to foresee events in the future (using "foresee" command).
