Usage: control [PC or NPC] todo [command]
This command permits an administrator to force a given PC or NPC to execute the given command.
To "control" an NPC the administrator must be in target's room, while to "control" a PC the target must only be logged on.
This command can only be used by administrators, and only for administrative purposes.
