Usage: foresee [army|combat] [enhance|diminish] [PC name|NPC name]
An augur can predict future events. They are not always correct, they don't always get it right, but it ends up influencing these events.
They can foresee (bias...) army combat and individual combat events of a specific target (PC or NPC). The enhance or diminish argument is used to influence the event positively or negatively.
The duration of this predicion on the target, the enhance or diminish instruction and how much the skills are increased/decreased are greatly affected by the divination skill of the augur. A not so skilled augur can try to enhance the events of a target and end up with the opposite effects...
