Help for general skills

Iberia is a classless and leveless MUD, that's based only on skills. They are divided into groups, like army_skills or combat_skills, but there are some that are of generalized utilization.
These are the general skills available:
- awareness - corresponds to the knowledge of the world a character has. It comes in handy for things like using the "align" or "map" commands.
- health - you must have permanently positive health points in order to be alive. To increase the maximum available, you must train health skill - the bigger, the more maximum health points available. Health points are of crucial importance during combat.
- endurance - endurance points, or EP for short, is a value representing how much energy your character has. The closer the value to 0, the more tired you are. All abilities "cost" a number of EP, so while not critical to your survival, these points are very useful. The more you train endurance skill, the more maximum endurance points are available.
