Usage: unlockpost news all [post number]
This command can be used by a character with MODIFY privilege in a given board, and locks or unlocks a post in the board (use "all" word to lock or unlock posts in entire board, in spite of just the visible posts).
A post locked will always be shown in the board. A post unlocked will only be seen while exists free space in board and there aren't enough recent posts.
