The news command by itself will show the latest news in Iberia news announcement system (or "newsall", to show full list). The news system works just like a bulletin board. To look at the whole list of notes just type "news", and to read a specific note type "news [number of the note]" ("newsall [number of the note]" to read a post in whole list).
The commands "newsadd [title of the note]" and "newsdel [number of the note]" are only available to administrators, and they add or erase a note in the Iberia news announcement system.
