Iberia MUD Services

This help file purpose is to detail the services presented to the citizens of Iberia:
- shops - probably in all oppida (fortified towns, cities), there are citizens that make their living by buying and selling items. You can buy new pieces of equipment, or sell any item, in these shops, in exchange for coins.
- merchants, banks - also usually found in all oppida, there are merchants dedicated to store your gold in exchange for a small percentage of profit to themselves, to keep your possessions safe from robbery.
- trainers - you can learn skills by practicing by yourself but, as everyone knows, it will take an eternity to be proficient at something without a teacher. Considering this, there are specific NPC that can teach/train you in all skills in Iberia. Probably if you want to train army based skills you need to look for military officers, or search for a priest if you want to train any augur skill, but there are plenty trainers available in Iberia (they train you in exchange for money).
- boards - there is also a "board" service that can be used by all Iberia citizens. These boards store messages permanently, obviously unless someone deletes them. The general boards common to everyone are the news (accessible through the "news" command - public board but only admins can create new messages), gossiper (accessible in most oppida in the room where the gossiper board is - public and accessible to everyone), newbie (like gossiper) and mail (the courier system - private board in the sense only you can read it, despite everyone being able to send messages to you).
