The warscape command shows the current status of Roman and Barbarian armies. A map of whole Iberia is shown, and is divided into it's different regions. Each region name will be coloured green or red, depending if Barbarian or Roman soldiers outnumber the opposite armies, in a given region.
If you have colours turned off, you can type "warscape barbarians" or "warscape romans" to check just the regions controled by Romans or Barbarians.
If you wish to know the quantity details of how many soldiers are currently ready to fight and how many have already died, just type "warscape details".
